Moyena Group (Pty) Ltd trading as Moyena Learning (“Moyena Learning”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides printed workbooks, digital products, and free downloadable educational resources through www.moyenalearning.co.za.
This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how physical products, digital downloads, home delivery, and PAXI pickup options are handled.
This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies published on our website.

Delivery Areas
At this stage, physical product delivery is available within South Africa, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Digital products and free downloads are delivered electronically and may be accessed by customers who are able to complete checkout and receive email communication from Moyena Learning.

Product Types and Delivery Methods
Moyena Learning offers different product types, and each product type may be delivered differently.
3.1 Printed Workbooks and Physical Products
Printed workbooks and other physical products may be delivered using one of the delivery options made available at checkout, including:

PAXI pickup point delivery

Any other delivery or fulfilment method made available by Moyena Learning from time to time
Available delivery options, fees, and estimated delivery timeframes may vary depending on the customer’s location, product availability, order size, delivery provider, and the delivery method selected.
3.2 Digital Products
Digital products, including paid PDF downloads, are delivered electronically.
After successful checkout, the download link may be sent by email or made available through the digital delivery system used on the website.
No physical item will be delivered for digital-only products.
3.3 Free Downloads
Free downloads, including Moyena Learning Weekly Guide sections or other free educational resources, are digital products only.
Customers may still need to add the free download to cart and complete checkout so that the download link can be sent by email.
No physical item will be delivered for free digital downloads.

Home Delivery
Where home delivery is selected, the customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
The delivery address should include:

Any helpful delivery instructions, where applicable
Home delivery is handled by third-party courier or delivery partners. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier capacity, stock availability, public holidays, weather, operational delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Moyena Learning is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.

PAXI Pickup Point Delivery
Where PAXI is made available as a delivery option, customers may choose to have their printed workbook or physical product delivered to a participating PAXI pickup point.
PAXI delivery may require the customer to provide:

Recipient full name

Contact number

Selected PAXI pickup point or store

Any other information required to complete the PAXI delivery
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the selected PAXI pickup point and contact details are correct before completing checkout.
Once the parcel is ready for collection, PAXI or the relevant delivery provider may send collection information by SMS or another communication method using the contact details provided at checkout.
The customer is responsible for collecting the parcel from the selected pickup point within the collection period required by PAXI or the relevant delivery provider.
Moyena Learning is not responsible for failed collections caused by incorrect contact details, incorrect pickup point selection, expired collection periods, or a customer’s failure to collect the parcel on time.

Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated or displayed during checkout, where applicable.
Delivery fees may vary depending on:

Where tracking information is available, it may be shared with the customer by email, SMS, courier notification, PAXI notification, or another communication method.
Customers should use the tracking details provided by the relevant delivery partner to monitor delivery or collection progress.

Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery, contact, and pickup point details are accurate before completing checkout.
Moyena Learning is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost parcels, additional delivery fees, or returned parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Failed Delivery
A delivery may fail if:

The parcel is not collected from the selected pickup point

The delivery provider’s collection period expires
If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery or non-collection, the customer may be responsible for additional delivery, return, or re-delivery costs.
Refunds for failed delivery or uncollected orders will be considered in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Moyena Learning may use third-party delivery, courier, pickup point, logistics, or fulfilment partners to complete deliveries.
While we take reasonable steps to work with reliable delivery partners, Moyena Learning is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or service failures caused by third-party delivery providers once an order has been handed over for delivery.
We will, however, make reasonable efforts to assist customers where delivery issues arise.
