About Moyena Learning

Moyena Learning creates educational learning resources for South African families, parents, caregivers, educators, and learners.

Our resources include printed workbooks, digital downloads, free weekly learning materials, activity resources, and related educational content designed to support foundational learning, school readiness, fine motor skills, focus, and early problem-solving.

Moyena Learning resources may feature our original character, Msizi the Helper™, and may form part of Moyena Learning workbook series, digital campaigns, school partnerships, or learning initiatives.

Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

You are 18 years of age or older, or you are using the website under the supervision of a parent, guardian, caregiver, or authorised adult
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

All orders are subject to availability, successful payment, and confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel, limit, or refuse any order where necessary, including where:

Payment cannot be processed
Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
Delivery details are incomplete or invalid
We are unable to fulfil the order for reasons beyond our reasonable control

5.2 Digital Products

Moyena Learning may offer paid digital products, including downloadable PDF workbooks, activity packs, or learning resources.

Where a digital product is purchased, access to the file or download link will be provided after successful payment, subject to the digital delivery system used on the website.

Digital products are supplied for personal, household, and approved educational use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5.3 Free Digital Downloads

Moyena Learning may make certain educational materials available free of charge, including free workbook sections, activity sheets, digital guides, and Moyena Learning Weekly Guide resources.

Free downloads may be made available for limited periods, campaigns, partnerships, or weekly learning initiatives.

Moyena Learning Weekly Guide

Moyena Learning may release free weekly downloadable learning sections as part of the Moyena Learning Weekly Guide.

Each guide or section may be made available according to a campaign schedule. Once available, the section may remain on the website unless Moyena Learning decides to update, remove, replace, or archive the content.

Moyena Learning may run the Weekly Guide or other learning initiatives in partnership with organisations such as Pick n Pay School Club or other approved partners. Any such partnership does not transfer ownership of Moyena Learning content, intellectual property, or customer data to the partner unless clearly stated and agreed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in South African Rand unless otherwise stated.

Moyena Learning may update prices, product availability, promotions, or product descriptions at any time without prior notice.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers or platforms, including Shopify-supported payment systems. Moyena Learning does not store your payment card details.

An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued.

Delivery and Fulfilment

Delivery may be handled by third-party courier, pickup point, logistics, or fulfilment partners.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged products, defective products, digital download issues, and failed deliveries are handled in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
